I wonder what book we are going to work on today!
Apart from the communicative one, this programme will develop several competences and it will encourage personal growth, positive attitudes, empathy, virtues and emotional intelligence through “Booky”.

Having been divided through the academic course into twelve Didactic Units, and taking into account that each unit will start from a story book, nobody could wonder why the programming thread is a Book called Booky (a physical and virtual guide that appeared in our class asking for the students’ help to get his pages back. To motivate the pupils’ interest in the learning process, with the view of creating and developing an engaging learning atmosphere, at the end of each unit, the students will take Booky home to add a page according to what they have learned in each case. As a result, at the end of the course, we will have a portfolio that collects everything we have learnt in the academic year.

It will be carried out in a way that the contents and skills are taught, learnt and assessed in an integrated, logical, meaningful, emotionally transversal and sequenced order. Starting from social awareness through books related to healthy food, emotions or rights. Later, we will work on self awareness, self management, and we will learn about ourselves, parts of the body, etc., with books like “ConscienteMente''. To end talking about our community with books like “Chema the Chamarin”.
